Bio
Hey,
I am Pinar Oncu. I am a technology entrepreneur, speaker and mentor. Lifelong curious, enjoying celebrating my 5th birthday every year.

I started my journey with an international education background in urban planning and geographic information systems (GIS). I loved tech; and I started my GIS and software development carreer. I enjoyed my development years of geograpical data analyses modules, 3D simulations development, mobile apps and 2D games.
In time with my interest in neuroscience and human psychology, //Have you ever been curious about why some people are more curious and how it worked? I did. It was a fantastic journey to study brain.//. Right about that timeframe, I met my team today and started my XR carreer with which neuroscience and tech backgrounds perfectly intersected. Designing human psychology through technology felt fascinating.
After my position as a co-founder of Atlas Space; facilitating the transition of the conventional business world and creators economy to Web3, blockchain, and metaverse infrastructures for 6 years, building a startup to Series A level and participating to international networks as an entrepreneur such as Endeavor Miami ScaleUp for Fall'23 Cohort, I kept on my carreet in Venture Capital Funds.
I have played a major role in the foundation and initial scouting of Etki GSYF, an impact focused venture capital fund.

Today, I am back in Web3 and gaming with my strategic role in Dynasty Studios, with an international team of game, blockchain and web3 professionals.

I am a scout since 2002, and a scoutmaster since 2007 with the specialization in cub scout age group (7-10).
- I managed units and troops for 10+ years, lead 2000+ children&youth.
- I participated 100+ local to international camps as a scoutmaster or staff.
- I volunteered at World Scout Jamboree 2007 in UK (100th anniversary)
- I earned my Lady Baden Powell Award by Girl Scouts of America in 2017.
